U heeft 14 dagen bedenktijd
Twijfelt u over uw aankoop? Geen probleem — u heeft 14 dagen vanaf ontvangst van uw bestelling om deze zonder opgave van reden te herroepen. Bestaat uw bestelling uit meerdere pakketten? Dan telt de dag waarop u het laatste pakket ontvangt.
Zo herroept u uw bestelling
De snelste manier: gebruik de online annuleer-/retourfunctie, te vinden op de bestelstatuspagina die u via uw bevestigingsmail kunt bereiken. U hoeft hiervoor niet in te loggen op een account. Deze functie stuurt ons automatisch de juiste gegevens en u ontvangt direct een bevestiging per e-mail.
Liever schriftelijk? Stuur een duidelijke e-mail naar support@hai-ict.nl (of gebruik het modelformulier onderaan deze pagina) met uw ordernummer en de mededeling dat u de overeenkomst herroept. Ook dan bevestigen wij de ontvangst per e-mail.
Het product terugsturen
Na het melden van uw herroeping stuurt u het product binnen 14 dagen naar ons terug. Behandel het product zoals u dat in een winkel ook zou doen: u mag het passen en bekijken, maar niet dragen alsof het al van u is. Stuur het product bij voorkeur in de originele verpakking terug, inclusief eventuele kaartjes.
De kosten van het terugsturen zijn voor uw rekening. Wij laten u tijdens het bestelproces en in onze algemene voorwaarden vooraf weten dat dit het geval is.
Uw geld terug
Zodra wij het geretourneerde product (of een bewijs van terugzending, zoals een track & trace-bevestiging) hebben ontvangen, betalen wij binnen 14 dagen het volledige aankoopbedrag terug, inclusief de standaard verzendkosten van uw oorspronkelijke bestelling. Terugbetaling gebeurt via dezelfde betaalmethode die u heeft gebruikt bij de bestelling.
Kapot, verkeerd of niet conform? Dat is een ander verhaal
Is een product beschadigd aangekomen, klopt het niet met de beschrijving, of is het anderszins niet in orde (non-conformiteit, artikel 7:17 Burgerlijk Wetboek)? Dan gelden bovenstaande regels over herroeping niet — in dat geval hoeft u niets terug te betalen voor verzending en zorgen wij, naar uw keuze en waar redelijk, voor kosteloos herstel, vervanging, of (indien dat niet mogelijk is) terugbetaling. Neem hiervoor contact op via support@hai-ict.nl of WhatsApp (+31 6 41057196), het liefst met een foto van het probleem.

You have 14 days to change your mind
Not sure about your purchase? No problem — you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from it without giving any reason. If your order arrives in multiple packages, the period starts from the day you receive the last one.
How to withdraw from your order
The fastest way: use the online cancellation/return function, available from the order status page reachable via your confirmation email. No account login is required. This automatically sends us the right details and you'll get an immediate email confirmation.
Prefer to do it in writing? Send a clear email to support@hai-ict.nl (or use the model form at the bottom of this page) including your order number and a statement that you're withdrawing from the contract. We'll confirm receipt by email either way.
Returning the product
After notifying us of your withdrawal, send the product back within 14 days. Treat it the way you would in a physical store: you may try it on and examine it, but not wear it as if it were already yours. Please return it in its original packaging where possible, including any tags.
The cost of returning the product is your responsibility. We tell you this in advance during checkout and in our terms & conditions.
Getting your money back
Once we've received the returned product (or proof of return, such as a tracking confirmation), we refund the full purchase amount, including the standard shipping cost of your original order, within 14 days. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used to order.
Damaged, wrong, or not as described? That's a different story
Did a product arrive damaged, not match its description, or is otherwise not right (non-conformity, Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code)? Then the withdrawal rules above do not apply — in that case you don't pay anything for return shipping, and we'll arrange free repair, replacement, or (if that's not possible) a refund, at your choice where reasonable.
