Verzendbeleid — Hai Five Studio

Waar wij naartoe verzenden
Wij verzenden op dit moment naar adressen in Nederland en de rest van de Europese Unie. Tijdens het afrekenproces ziet u of verzending naar uw land mogelijk is en wat de exacte verzendkosten zijn.
Verwerkingstijd
Bestellingen worden binnen ongeveer 48 uur na ontvangst van betaling verwerkt en verzonden. Tijdens drukke periodes (bijvoorbeeld rond een nieuwe drop) kan dit iets langer duren; wij laten dit dan duidelijk op de website weten.
Verzendkosten en levertijden
De verzendkosten en geschatte levertijd worden altijd getoond vóórdat u uw bestelling afrondt, gebaseerd op uw afleveradres. Levertijden zijn indicaties op basis van de planning van onze vervoerder en zijn niet bindend.
Track & trace
Zodra uw bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt u een track & trace-code per e-mail zodat u uw pakket kunt volgen.
Risico tijdens transport
Zolang u als consument bij ons besteld, blijft het risico van beschadiging en/of vermissing van producten tijdens het transport bij Hai Five Studio berusten, totdat u (of een door u aangewezen derde) de producten feitelijk in ontvangst heeft genomen (artikel 7:11 en 7:19 Burgerlijk Wetboek). Is uw pakket beschadigd aangekomen of niet aangekomen? Neem dan contact met ons op via support@hai-ict.nl of WhatsApp (+31 6 41057196) — wij lossen dit voor u op.
Onjuist bezorgadres
Heeft u een verkeerd afleveradres opgegeven en is de bestelling al verzonden? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op. Wij kunnen niet garanderen dat een wijziging nog op tijd doorgevoerd kan worden, maar denken graag met u mee.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the Netherlands and the rest of the European Union. During checkout you'll see whether shipping to your country is available and the exact shipping cost.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within approximately 48 hours of payment being received. During busy periods (for example around a new drop) this may take slightly longer; we'll make that clear on the site when it applies.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs and an estimated delivery time are always shown before you complete your order, based on your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates based on our carrier's schedule and are not binding.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking code by email so you can follow your package.
Risk during transport
As a consumer ordering from us, the risk of damage and/or loss of products during transport remains with Hai Five Studio until you (or a third party you've designated) actually receives the products (Articles 7:11 and 7:19 of the Dutch Civil Code). If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@hai-ict.nl or WhatsApp (+31 6 41057196) — we'll sort it out.
Incorrect delivery address
Entered the wrong delivery address and the order has already shipped? Contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee a change can still be made in time, but we're happy to help where we can.
